Nose
The aroma of ripe black cherry is a near knockout.
Palate
Expansive flavors of cherry and chocolate, cedar and espresso flood the palate. Voluptuous with smooth, fine tannins and an incredible finish, given the proper attention this is a bottle that could last you well into the night.
Growing Conditions
The 2002 is another powerhouse of a wine; profoundly extracted, opaque in the glass - the pure essence of mountain grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Nearly 100% varietal with just a splash of Petit Verdot.
Winemaking
Fermentation: Stainless steel.
