Growing Conditions
Had you heard the 2001 vintage was supposed to be a blockbuster and wondered if it was all it was cracked up to be? You betcha. Our location at 2100’ and emphasis on true physiological ripeness of the berries means that we consistently produce outstanding wines. In a vintage like this, our wines are mind-blowing. (Okay, we’re being a little modest.) Here in the 2001 Merlot, the proof is in the glass.
