Balancing this tannin spectrum is a delightful middle, providing a delicious fullness that slowly resolves as berry and cedar tones sustain in a long lingering finish.
Growing Conditions
Combining 98% Cabernet Sauvignon with a light spicing of 2% Petit Verdot, the 2000 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an extraordinary and thoroughly ripe, mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
