Palate
Chocolate, graphite, tar and black fruit contribute to the intrigue and complexity of flavors. A dark beauty, the texture is dense on the palate with a big tannin structure that creates a long, layered finish.
Growing Conditions
The wine is 100% Clone 337 Cabernet Sauvignon from our Carolyn’s vineyard block, a block that was planted in 1993 and that has become the go-to source for this unctuous wine, as well as contributing to our Reserve and Estate Cabernet blends.
