Nose
Spices and rich earth-mineral notes notes intertwine with red fruit in a very
seductive manor seemingly as only Pinot Noir can be.
Palate
This medium full
bodied wine has a complex core of fruit with balance that keeps it alive
throughout . Elegant and bright
without any excessive weight. Supple on the palate, a feminine style that
charms and doesn't yield. It is truely a natural Pinot Noir in both style and
color. It doesn’t over power as the more "Syrah" style black colored Pinots
have in the marketplace recently after all this is what Pinot Noir is all about!

100% Pinot Noir, clone 828 (Giovanni's Vineyard).
Winemaking
Hand punched cap fermented in one ton lots.
Aging
Aged in French oak Burgundy
barrels for 18 months (30% new) on the original lees that were occasionally
stirred.

It is very well suited to many food types.
