Growing Conditions
The R Collection Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the
finest Central Coast vineyards in California, with each
vineyard adding a unique layer into the overall taste
profile. Minimally intrusive winemaking techniques
allow the true California terroir to shine through in
every glass poured and bottle enjoyed.
Our 2013 California Sauvignon Blanc is a truly
exciting wine with the 2013 vintage across California
being one of the earliest harvested vintages in years. A
warm spring led to early bud break and created the
perfect environment for flowering and fruit set. With
warm days and cool nights, grape growers were able to
maintain ideal acid levels with optimum, bright fruit
flavors.
Winemaking
Our 2013 R Collection Sauvignon Blanc is a
beautifully crisp wine fermented 100% in stainless
steel tanks.
