The 2011 vintage showcases an amazing purity of fruit, with layers of blackberry and dark cherry that are superbly supported by notes of vanilla, anise seed and fennel.
Palate
The soft, smooth entry opens up to a broad mid-palate that finishes with elegance. Enjoy now, or let lay in your cellar for six to ten years.
Growing Conditions
One of the smaller blocks on our Ranch is Block 27; we like to understand every piece of vineyard but sometimes you just have to let go and accept that the earth knows best and will keep growing amazing fruit, and such a place is Block 27.

20 months in American oak.
