Palate
Powerful aromas and flavors interweave with intermitted tannins and texture, leading to a lovely finish that will linger for years. The dark fruits shine through in this wine, which will allow it to stand the test of time. This is a wine you can take out to a gathering with friends and family immediately or allow it to settle until 2025.
Growing Conditions
Our estate vineyard is divided into more than 20 different “blocks,” isolating different varieties, rootstock, soil profiles and vine age. We know each block well. They all have different personalities and stories, and some are special enough to make into their own wines. Our Block 3 is the best example of that. Situated on our eastern half, this small block has a rare composition of soil and drainage that produces our most flavorful and complex Cabernet Sauvignon.
A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Regusci Vineyard; that certainly speaks for itself. This wine masterfully exhibits the uniquely rich and rugged terroir of our Stags Leap District property.
Aging
20 months in American oak.
