Nose
Plenty of pear and green apple on the nose.
Palate
We decided to keep bright natural acidity, by not allowing Malo-Lactic fermentation to occur, yeilding a nicely balanced wine that is a great by itself and even better with food.
Growing Conditions
Our 2021 California Chardonnay is our take of a fruit forward Chardonnay. Grown in the sunny Central Valley of California, this Chardonnay has very little oak influence allowing the fruity nature to show.
Food Pairing
Pair with hearty salads, fish, poultry or soft cheeses.
