Nose
Gorgeous aromas of guava, papaya and floral.
Palate
The palate is filled with lush flavors of tropical fruit, cantaloupe and ripe nectarine with a sprits of CO2 which adds a refreshing layer and complexity. This is a wonderful, fruity and slightly sweet style wine made for easy sipping.
Growing Conditions
It is a Muscat improved hybrid that is adapted to warmer inland areas. The fruit for this wine came from Lodi, California, which features warm, sunny days and cooling winds in the afternoons through the evenings.
Harvest
2016 was a warm vintage in California which produced ripe, high quality fruit. These ideal conditions resulted in a Symphony which has a rich profile with lychee and floral and characteristics.
Winemaking
Following harvest, the grapes were crushed and gently pressed. The final blend did not contain any hard press fractions. After cold settling, the juice was inoculated with yeast and then fermented cold in stainless steel tanks for over 20 days to build up fruit characteristics

Light golden in color.
