Wild, red and black berries, sweet herbs and cedar on the nose intensify on the palate with Chambord, chocolate nib, mocha and licorice flavors. Savory notes of black pepper and cigar balance the richness of the fruit and accentuate a long back-palate finish. Smooth and supple, the tannins are velvety with medium plus body.

A classically styled Bordeaux blend from the storied Santa Margarita Ranch—Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Petit Verdot (30%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Malbec (10%). Deep purple and garnet hues anticipate aromas of Dawson plum, blueberry, black raspberry, mocha and pencil shaving. The palate displays layered flavors of pluot, currant, fig and coffee bean with suggestions of dark earth and crushed stone. The finish is graceful with soft edges and definitive weight. The 2019 Serial Adelaida District Cabernet Sauvignon is a substantial expression of this noble varietal. Dark ruby hues signal the intense black currant and black cherry aromas tinged with leather and tobacco. Flavors of cassis, fig and blackberry compote with hints of dark chocolate and graphite are supported with velvety tannins. A powerful wine that more than delivers on the expectations of an exceptional vintage in Paso Robles.

Sourced from the Halter Ranch estate on the steep south-facing slopes at the base of Santa Lucia Mountain range in Adelaida District. Floral notes of lilac mingle with intense, black raspberry and chambord flavors tinged with anise and black pepper spices.

Deep ruby hues in the glass hint at the ripe fruits abound in this bright red blend from Paso Robles. Syrah and zinfandel lead the blend lending umami, spice and meatiness to the silky fruit notes of cran- raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Serial Wines’ inaugural expression of viognier hits the heady high notes of the best of this full-bodied Rhône varietal. Grown on the steep, limestone slopes of the Willow Creek District, it is richly fragrant. Lychee, white peach, chamomile and honeycomb aromas fill the glass. Creamy, tropical cherimoya flavors are brightened with notes of Meyer lemon, ripe pear and honeysuckle, and the mouthfeel is suitably decadent and round.

2018 Serial Highlands District Red Blend, Paso Robles shows deep plum hues with aromas of black raspberry and violets in the glass. Energetic upfront notes of blueberry and huckleberry open up to black cherry with hints of mocha, black pepper and allspice. Successive layers of fruit and broad, grainy tannins envelope the palate to a rich, satisfying finish. Sourced from the Highlands District with its vast plains and consistent, high elevations this wine reveals Paso Robles’ diverse and expressive terroir with its stunning blend of syrah, petite sirah and mouvedre, for which this region is known.

A stunning Malbec grown in the sandy clay-loam soils of the Estrella River floodplains. Deep purple hues show ruby-garnet at the edges. Aromas of warm dark cherry are interwoven with marionberry, mint, savory herbs and forest floor. The palate predominates with flavors of raspberry and cherry, accented by violets, cured meats and wet stone minerality. A clean start explodes and expands in the mouth with deep fruit and medium tannins, leading to an elegant, agile finish. Aged for 22 months in 33 percent new French-American oak hybrid barrels. Ultra-limited, only 142 cases produced.

Grown on slopes in the mountainous Adelaida District. This Rhône-varietal has beautiful aromatics of lychee, honeydew, and honeysuckle edged with minerality. Round and nimbly textured with medium acidity, this grenache blanc is both delicate and fragrant.

Proving that “syrah loves a view”, the intensity in this wine comes from Willow Creek’s dramatic elevations. Boysenberry. huckleberry and blackberry flavors are balanced with savory spice notes. Structured with fine-grain tannins and satisfying long finish.
