Nose
Aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, and cedar, with jammy hints.
Palate
Spice, loamy earth, dried herb and berry accompanied by a touch of sage and chicory, and ending with a drying aftertaste.
Winemaking
Each vineyard block is vinified separately. Like the traditional method in Bordeaux, the wines are assessed in January with final blending done in March.
Aging
Aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, in our underground wine caves for 22 months.
