Our Rosé is a pale watermelon pink color and is medium bodied.
Pairs well with fish, charcuterie, and summer salads. Try with strawberry and spinach salad topped with lightly seared ahi tuna drizzled with peach vinaigrette and olive oil. Delicious with melon wrapped prosciutto, nuts, cheeses and dried fruits. Pairing this with aged Gouda is a staff favorite!
