Growing Conditions
The grapes used in this Zinfandel blend are sourced from 50+ year-old vines and from vineyards that have been cloned from some of the most famous Zinfandel vineyards in Paso Robles. This is a wine to be shared and enjoyed!
Appearance
Fatboy Zin is full-bodied with a saturated violet purple color.

Pepper encrusted filet mignon, with earthy mushrooms sautéed in butter. Blue cheese and chorizo stuffed dates. Pairs well with desserts such as cheesecake, dark chocolate, or simple blackberries. Pair with bold and zesty cheeses.
