Our 2020 Willow White is a gorgeous balance of round, fuller bodied Viognier and Rousanne with bright, zesty Grenache Blanc and Picpoul. Aromas of pear, warm vanilla, barrel spice, and bruised green apple. The palate gives way to citrus oil and hints of cream with minerality that acts as a backbone throughout the entire sip. Boasting a lengthy finish and excellent, balanced acidity, this wine was aged for 22 months in 60% new French oak, the remainder in neutral and stainless-steel barrels.

Our Willow's Cuvee has always been a beautiful GSM blend. We rounded off the 2020 vintage with a splash of Graciano to enhance the tannin and spice. It's ruby in color and draws you in with a luscious bouquet. We aged this wine in 65% new French oak for 22 months. Bing cherry and raspberry fruit coupled with fresh alder wood and peppercorn spice. Consistent tannin across the mid-pallet yet soft with a long, delightful finish.

Our Plum Orchard is a co-ferment of Grenache and Mataro. The two varietals are grown in decomposed sandstone that gives way to elegant fruit and spice. Barrel aged for 22 months in 50% new French oak. It's a lustrous ruby in color with a bouquet of strawberries and crushed violet petals. This medium to full bodied wine is soft and succulent with acidity that carries the juicy red fruit.

The 2020 Claude’s Cuvee is based in Syrah from one of our cooler climate vineyards, lending itself to an Old World-leaning wine with a Hermitage-reminiscent bouquet of fine white pepper, rosewater, stewed strawberry, and rhubarb. Medium to full bodied and vibrantly fruity, with stewed brambleberry, crushed granite, and dark chocolate. The tannins are creamy, smooth, and long-lasting. Aged in 70% new French oak for 22 months.

The 2020 G2 Syrah is 91% Syrah, 5% Mataro, and 4% Grenache. Almost all of the Syrah comes from Block 8 of the G2 vineyard, a south facing slope with extremely thin and rocky topsoil. The wine is intensely masculine and offers notes of black fruit, Christmas spices, and chocolate. The acid and tannins are in perfect balance, resulting in a wine with impressive age ability. Aged in 70% new French oak.
