Notes of dry herbs and earth. Lively cherry & boysenberry fruit with gorgeous floral notes accented with baking spice.

Palate

This wine is soft and juicy but full of texture with a long lasting finish.

“Offers a ripe, full-throttle bouquet of blackberries, spiced plums, ground pepper, and bouquet garni-like aromas and flavors. Ripe, full-bodied, straight-up sexy and opulent, it's another sensational wine in this lineup.” - Jeb Dunnuck

Winemaking

Our Willow’s Cuvee is a gorgeous GSM blend. The Syrah, Mataro, and Tempranillo were co-fermented with 100% stem inclusion on the Syrah.

Six months after fermentation all varietals are blended together and barreled back down for the remaining 15 months.

Aging

The Grenache was fermented separately aged in neutral French to preserve the luscious red berry.

- 65% new French oak for 15 months.
