Edelzwicker is an Alsatian wine term taken from the German words "edel" (noble) and "zwicker" (blend ). This wine blend is unique to Alsatian winemaking only includes Alsatian noble varietals. The blend is traditionally balanced, clean, crisp, and very lightly sweet.
