Nose
This wine has an intense, floral aromas.
Palate
Abundant flavors, rich with honeysuckle, green apple and ripe peach.
Winemaking
The same seductive, Muscat of Alexandria grape is used for both our sweet Muscat, and this drier, crisper version. This is accomplished by picking a little earlier, when the acids are a little higher, and fermenting the wine a bit longer, which reduces the residual sugar in the finished wine.

Pale-clear color.
