Palate
Noted British wine writer Hugh Johnson proclaimed a previous vintage Dry Riesling to be our best-made wine and found this crisp and food-friendly Riesling fresh, fruity, clean and very, very appealing. It's pleasingly crisp and clean finish less sweet than you might first imagine opens the field even further.
Food Pairing
The 2015 Dry Riesling is, without question, our most versatile white wine when pairing with foods. Its fruity, floral quality invites a number of food match-ups. It can handle a subtly sauced fish or poultry dish even pork, veal, pasta with cream and probably any cheese you'd want to have it with.
