Palate
A rich and complex Rhone-style GSM blend of Grenache, Syrah & Mourvedre showing pomegranate fruit and a little earthiness with sweet dried herbs. Soft, yet juicy with a nice fruity, lingering finish. It is a lighter style wine with flavors of red vine licorice.

Winemaking
This delicious blend is comprised of 55% Syrah, 36% Grenache, and 9% Mourvedre. Styled after the GSM blends from the Rhone region in France (like the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape). All three grape varieties were harvested during the night, de-stemmed and combined into a stainless steel tank to ferment together, or co-ferment. This helps to increase the color stability of the blend and marry the individual characters into one.
Aging
18 months barrel aged.
