Both unctuous and vibrant on the palate - spiced strawberry preserves mingle with earthiness, with accompanying hints of chocolate in the background. Well integrated oak brings a tension and energy to this vintage of Brown Ranch Pinot Noir.
Growing Conditions
Sits on a hillside at the base of the Mayacamas in the Los Carneros, Napa Valley appellation. A slightly warmer temperature where the morning fog burns off earlier. San Pablo Bay brings cool fog and ocean breezes.

10 months in 45% New Francois Frere.
