Nose
Opens with beautiful floral aromas - violet and hints of lavender. Deep blue fruits, smoked paprika and dried mushroom are also present.
Palate
Elegant and very finessed on the palate - there is an intensity and energy driven by stem inclusion that supports mouth-coating tannin for a beautiful balance. Flavors of dried bing cherry and sassafras mix with spicy oak notes that linger on the finish.
