Growing Conditions

Adelaida’s Vineyards received roughly 24 inches of rain during the 2018-2019 winter, including a mid-May shower that delivered nearly an inch. Bud break occurred in mid-March and led to the predictably of early vine vigor and dense canopy growth.

The grapes were hand-picked in the cool of the night, then destemmed, optically sorted, and fermented with indigenous yeast, in traditional oak and concrete vessels.
