Compared to past vintages in the Adelaida District, 2020 was slightly warmer and culminated in typical yields across most varietals. The property received an average rainfall of just 12.4 inches during the 2019-2020 winter.

Winemaking
The fruit was cluster sorted and immediately pressed off the skins utilizing a bladder press. The juice was equally transferred to concrete eggs and neutral French oak barrels to ferment with indigenous yeast.
Aging
The wine proceeded to age in a combination of 60% concrete and 40% neutral oak barrels for nine months.
