Palate
This tasty medium bodied wine introduces itself with ripe cherry and red plum. After a few sips and swirls the fruit comes forward and a not-so-subtle notion of damp earth permeates aura. As with most Cabernet Sauvignon, time is a friend. This wine drinks beautifully today but will mature and improve well past the end of the decade.
