Winemaking
This Orange, or Amber, Wine came to be from picking Viognier on an early morning in late august, gently foot stomping and left to extract with skin maceration for 6 days. Marsanne was then picked and added to the ferment for another 3 days. It was then pressed and Grenache Blanc and Roussanne were added after one day of skin maceration. Elevage for 10 months in an Australian Vitrified Clay Egg. Racked and then bottled the following descending moon. No filter and no additions including sulfites.
