Nose

Refined aromatics of citrus blossoms, white peach, toasted almonds, and vanilla.

Palate

The palate is balanced with flavors of citrus and red apples, bright acidity and a long finish.

Growing Conditions

We source our fruit from the Russian River Valley, Sonoma-Los Carneros, and other choice growing regions in Sonoma County where warm days are tempered by morning fog and afternoon breezes coming from the Pacific Ocean. This climate is well-suited to delicate, early-ripening varieties such as Chardonnay. The fruit develops more slowly and consistently, resulting in wines of exceptional flavor, complexity, and character.

Winemaking

Fermented separately in 100% French oak (35% new) and aged for approximately 9 months. Individual barrel selections are blended and aged for an additional 6 months in 100% French oak before bottling. 100% Malolactic fermentation
