Nose

This wine displays aromas of fresh peach, grapefruit and watermelon with refreshing notes of hibiscus and summer flowers.

Palate

There is bright acidity and minerality on the palate, making this Rosé perfect for pairing with food.

Growing Conditions

One hundred percent of this vintage was sourced from Saralee’s Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA.

Winemaking

Gently pressed whole cluster, then fermented in stainless steel at cold temperature (50 ̊F) for two months. No malolactic fermentation. No stabilization in order to preserve aromatic quality.

Food Pairing

It’s especially nice with hard aged cheeses.
