Nose

This wine displays aromas of fresh white peach, strawberry and melon with refreshing notes of hibiscus and summer flowers.

Palate

There is bright acidity and minerality on the palate, making this versatile Rosé perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes. Refreshing and full of flavor, our Russian River Valley Rosé is also excellent enjoyed on its own.

Growing Conditions

The Grenache, making up 90% of this vintage, was sourced from Saralee’s Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA, and the Syrah, comprising the remaining 10%, was sourced from Arrowood Vineyard in the Sonoma Valley.

Winemaking

Direct to press method. The Grenache was gently pressed whole cluster, then fermented in stainless steel at cold temperature (50°F) for two months. No malolactic fermentation. No stabilization in order to preserve aromatic quality.
