The palate is rich and round with flavors of honey and sweet spice. An intriguing texture and lingering acidity provide perfect balance.
Growing Conditions
100% of this vintage was sourced from Saralee’s Vineyard in the Russain River Valley. The vines are terraced in a concentric circle around a small hill on the famed Saralee’s Vineyard, which offers various exposures that impart a complex aromatic profile to the fruit.
Winemaking
Fermented in 100% used French oak barrels, then aged sur lees for 10 months before bottling. No malolactic fermentation.
