Nose
The 2013 Sonoma Estates Cabernet Sauvignon features a fruit forward nose of dark cherry, fleshy plum and black current preserve, with decadent undertones of dark chocolate and chai tea.
Palate
Both fresh and ripe aromas layer the palate, which is complimented by a plush, velvety texture.
Growing Conditions
We crafted our 2013 Sonoma Estates Cabernet Sauvignon from the finest vineyard sources in Sonoma County. The majority of the fruit came from Sonoma Valley and Knights Valley, two AVA’s that impart both an elegant balance and ripe flavor profile to the wine.
Winemaking
Fermented in stainless steel.
Aging
Aged 14 months in French and American oak (25% new).
