A lush juicy mouthfeel. Big round tannins complete a balanced finish with integrated tannins and oak.

Growing Conditions

This 35-acre certified organic vineyard sits on a southeast-facing slope, on a benchland site above Sonoma Valley. Arrowood sources two Cabernet Sauvignon clones from this vineyard. Clone 337 delivers pronounced black and red fruit flavors and aromatics while clone 15 provides structure and bold tannins.

Winemaking

Fermented in Stainless Steel, 100% ML.

Aging

Aged for 24 months in 30% new oak, barrel selected and blended, then returned to oak for an additional 9 months of aging.
