Neatly wound with steely acids, tangerine oil, limestone, poached pear and white flower juxtaposed with sunny orange marmalade, golden delicious apple, blanched almond and honeydew - our interpretation of a refreshingly crisp north Burgundy-styled Chardonnay sourced from the exotic Chardonnay Musqué clone.
Growing Conditions
One of the most well-respected grape growers in Carneros, Hyde deserves its legendary reputation. Located at the gateway to the beautiful Napa Valley in the region of Carneros. Summer temperatures are cool due to its proximity to San Pablo Bay, with foggy mornings and cool afternoon breezes. Under the soils, ancient creek beds provide excellent drainage to the red clay loam. Hyde Vineyard is sustainably and organically farmed.
Aging
Aged in Barrel 12 Months.
