Refined with ripe green pear, subtle oyster shell minerality and fresh steely acidity capturing the crisp essence of the sea, balanced with golden apple, mandarin orange and limestone. Hyde reflects our interpretation of a refreshingly crisp northern Burgundy-styled Chardonnay.
Growing Conditions
Esteemed as a California “grand cru”, Hyde Vineyard is located at the gateway to the beautiful Napa Valley in the region of Carneros. Summer temperatures are cool due to its proximity to San Pablo Bay, with foggy mornings and cool afternoon breezes. Under the soils, ancient creek beds provide excellent drainage to the red clay loam. Hyde Vineyard is sustainably and organically farmed.
Aging
Aged in Barrel 12 Months.
