Growing Conditions
Roberts Road is located at the base of Sonoma Mountain at the far northern edge of the Petaluma Gap next to Gap's Crown Vineyard. Pinot Noir grapes from Roberts Road Vineyard are among the most prestigious properties the Sangiacomo family cultivates. The vineyard stays in the fog until mid-day creating dramatic diurnal temperatures ideal for quality growing conditions for Pinot Noir. Bordered by Copeland Creek on the north, the soil is very well drained with silty gravel.
