Winemaking
Using the saignée technique (French term for “to bleed”), we handcraft our Rosé of Pinot Noir direct from the Sonoma Coast. Saignée means the free run juice stays in contact with the skins and seeds just long enough to create our signature nude salmon hue. When the color is optimal we bleed the juice into tank for fermentation.
