Palate

Vibrant plum, anise liqueur grounded by earthen tones of iron and gravel, deceiving depth lifted by perfumed black peppercorn, wild briar and deep rose. Rugged yet meticulous structure of coastal blueberry and black cherry underlain by spice box, timber and dried cherry notes with soft texture and velvety tannins. Rich like a vivacious Musigny, always a favorite.
