Palate

Presents a savory, dried herb side of Pinot, with rich dark berry, licorice and spicy floral scents. The texture begins fleshy and gains traction, lending depth and complexity.

Attractive aromas of sweet red and blackcurrant fruit intermixed with wild strawberry and foresty notes emerge from this medium-bodied, ripe, tasty 2012.

Growing Conditions

Our Sonoma Coast Pinot blends the fine distinctions of the Sonoma Coast influences from Green Valley’s Dutton Hallberg Vineyard (Dijon 667), and Labrinth Vineyard (Pommard and Dijon 115) along with a more temperate vineyard positioned where the confluence of the Petaluma Wind Gap collides with Sonoma Mountain.
