Barton Family Wines GREY Red Eyes Bottle Preview
Barton Family WinesGREY Red Eyes

One of the newest wines in our collector's line, this Grenache was made using the Carbonic Maceration technique, where the berries are kept whole cluster and fermented in the absence of oxygen. This process gives you a beautifully light, fruity, and highly refreshing red wine.

Barton Family Wines Paradise City Bottle Preview
Barton Family WinesParadise City

This wine hails from one of the highest elevation vineyards in Paso Robles at 1500-1700' on almost pure limestone soil. Our Syrah has aromas of blueberry pie with a brown sugar oat crust, red plum, and bittersweet chocolate. Enhanced with flavors of cedar and root beer with inky soft tannins on the finish. Enjoy for the next 8-10 years.

Barton Family Wines 2020 BITTERSWEET SYMPHONY Aperitif Bottle Preview
Barton Family Wines2020 BITTERSWEET SYMPHONY Aperitif

Best served on the rocks before dinner as an aperitif or chilled as a digestive/ dessert wine! Spiced with citrus orange peel, vanillin, all spice, star anise, gentian root, licorice root, walnut bark and ginger root. Reminiscent of a orange creamsicle on a summer's night!

Barton Family Wines California Love Bottle Preview
Barton Family WinesCalifornia Love

For the second vintage of California Love we increased the amount of Grenache to add more layers of texture and depth to complement the high-toned red fruit character of Counoise. A play on light Southern Rhone red blends. Beautiful hues of light garnet. Notes of freshly picked red plum, red raspberry, muddled wild brambleberry, and sarsaparilla on the nose. Green strawberry and herbaceous notes of fennel and thyme on the palate. Pair with herb roasted chicken, pork tenderloin...or a Summer sunset at the beach! Drink now or over the next 2-4 years.

Barton Family Wines Back In Black Bottle Preview
Barton Family WinesBack In Black

Back in black is back for it's second rendition of 100% Petit Verdot. After a three-year hiatus, this wine is definitely back to impress! Black cherry, black plum, violet, sage and graphite. Truly stunning structure with a profile of vanilla, mocha and caramelized sugar, suggestive of crème brûlée. A must bring on a date night to your favorite Italian restaurant to pair deliciously with osso buco. Will cellar incredibly well for 6-8 years.
