As a Small Boutique Winery , we offer ultra-premium handmade wines produced in small lots from our very own winery and vineyard. Our vineyards consist of 30 acres of 10-20+ year old root stock and the soil consists of mainly nutrient rich black adobe with an abundance of shale and limestone.
Bruce oversees everything with extreme attention to detail, from planting, growing and harvest, to barrels, fermentation and bottling. Nothing escapes Bruce’s obsessive desire to use the best methods, the best barrels, to be the best Cabernet Sauvignon anywhere.
The wines are aged in 100% French Oak barrels, ranging in age on a medium toast.
