56% Grenache, 26% Mourvèdre, 17% Consult, 1% Syrah. Our Provençal rosé, with just a hint of color is aromatically layered, dry with no sweetness, and designed to please at any occasion. We chose and farmed blocks specifically for rosé at John Wolf, David Field, Adelaida and Caelasta Vinayards in Templeton. Harvested at a lower brix, this wine emulates bright, vibrant acidity to make you dream of summers in France. It was aged for three months in a stainless steel tank without malolactic fermentation.
96% Syrah, 2% Viognier and 2% Grenache. Meaning "tribute to my mentors", I created this wine to thank each and every person who helped my along my journey as a winemaker - my family, my parents, my mentors. This wine is a Syrah co-fermented with Viognier and Grenache. It aged for 23 months in 75% new French oak in 300L barrels. This wine has a beautiful mineralogy, with hints of blackberries.
52% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon Made for my wife and my muse, Solène. One of her wishes for our portfolio, is to feature a wine that tastes great from the moment it is bottled and could age potentially for a decade. It greets you smoothly, with silky, chalky tannins and an elegant mineral finish, promising to age nicely. The Cabernet Sauvignon showcased from our estate and Brecon Estates, with the Syrah and Grenache farmed from Lara’s Vineyard and Niner Estate. It was aged in 30% new oak for 16 months in a mix of 225L and 400L barrels.
72% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 14% Mourvèdre. Harmonie is our GSM blend - Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre - inspired from the Southern Rhônes region in France. It was aged in 15% new French oak in 400L barrels. This wine, that can be compared to a Châteauneuf-du-pape, has elegant tannins with pepper and spices flavors.
80% Roussanne, 16% Viognier, 4% Grenache Blanc. Our Hommage Blanc is a dry white wine with a beautiful acidity. The co-fermentation with Grenache Blanc adds complexity and elegant texture to this wine. We harvest the fruits early so the acidity is conserved better. Aged for 5 months into 25% new French oak, with no malolactic fermentation. From Clos Solène, Adelaida vineyard, Glenrose vineyard and James Berry vineyard.
