96% Syrah, 2% Viognier and 2% Grenache. Meaning "tribute to my mentors", I created this wine to thank each and every person who helped my along my journey as a winemaker - my family, my parents, my mentors. This wine is a Syrah co-fermented with Viognier and Grenache. It aged for 23 months in 75% new French oak in 300L barrels. This wine has a beautiful mineralogy, with hints of blackberries.

52% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon Made for my wife and my muse, Solène. One of her wishes for our portfolio, is to feature a wine that tastes great from the moment it is bottled and could age potentially for a decade. It greets you smoothly, with silky, chalky tannins and an elegant mineral finish, promising to age nicely. The Cabernet Sauvignon showcased from our estate and Brecon Estates, with the Syrah and Grenache farmed from Lara’s Vineyard and Niner Estate. It was aged in 30% new oak for 16 months in a mix of 225L and 400L barrels.

72% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 14% Mourvèdre. Harmonie is our GSM blend - Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre - inspired from the Southern Rhônes region in France. It was aged in 15% new French oak in 400L barrels. This wine, that can be compared to a Châteauneuf-du-pape, has elegant tannins with pepper and spices flavors.

72% Grenache Noir, 18% Grenache Gris, 10% Mourvèdre. Always seasonally appropriate, the 2023 La Rose is effortlessly textured with aromatic layers, bright fruit and a beautiful minerality salinity. The 2023 vintage of our Provençal rosé was made in a very cool year, hand picked and gently pressed to create the subtle pink color. You’ll find only la creme de la creme in this production, leading to smaller quantities of exceptional quality.

78% Roussanne, 19% Viognier, 2% Grenache Blanc Alcohol: 13.5% | Vineyards: 50% Estate La Colline & Les Vieille Vigne, 50% Glenrose | Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel tanks for two weeks, finished in barrel and aged for 5 months in 25% new French oak, 55% once used French oak, 15% concrete eggs and also 5% in our newest wine globe. | Vintner's Notes: A white for red drinkers! The blend is really refined, with a lot of minerality, extremely high in aromatics, great texture from the increase in battonage done this year to enhance creaminess. | Cellar: Drink now and ageable in your cellar for 8 to 10 years and ideal temperature to serve at 52°F. |
