Varietals were handpicked in mid-September and October at optimal flavor and phenolic maturity. Each lot had the briefest skin contact of 1-3 hours, to offer a beautiful blush of color while maintaining fruit-forwardness and freshness. The wine was fermented and aged for 6 months in 100% stainless steel.
