Eberle Winery

Over twenty years ago, Eberle started producing the 'Vineyard Selection' Cabernet Sauvignon to be a by-the-glass for restaurants, or what Gary Eberle calls our "Cocktail Cab." Since then, Winemaker Chris Eberle has taken this wine to new heights by incorporating skills learned from making wine worldwide. This wine over-delivers quality for the price point, whether found by the glass in a restaurant or on a retail shelf in a fine wine shop.

Within the first swirl of the glass, the blackberry coulis entices you for more. Rich plum and dusted cocoa come alive pairing with the exotic spices. This medium tannin wine lingers with savory herbs and dark berry notes.

Rich plum and blackberry flavor coat your palate. The dark fruit tangles with the luscious vanilla and cedar notes on each sip. Hints of fig and sarsaparilla linger on the finish. This acid-driven wine with fine tannin will be a perfect pairing partner with any Italian dish!

Produced from our Estate vines, the Chardonnay remains consistent in style, quality, and character year after year.This rich wine has hints of Meyer lemon and sweet apple blossom that complement the more savory flavors such as toffee and pie crust that come through on the palate. The Chardonnay is well balanced with light toasted oak notes making its structure a medium-bodied wine. Touches of salinity linger on the finish.

Our Viognier displays aromas of tropical fruits and ripe honeydew. This medium-bodied white has notes of tangerine with subtle hits of ginger on the palate. The sweet kiwi and litchi flavors join the lively briny acidity to create a balanced wine.

Eberles Zinfandel has all the traditional elements of hearty zin, but its elegant style sets it apart from any other Zinfandel. Our 2019 Zinfandel is well-structured with upfront tannins, juicy flavors of raspberry, cherry, and black plum with a touch of red licorice and black pepper. While this vintage is still young, it is showing the promise of growing into a finely aged vintage.
