Nose
Very fruit forward without being “jammy”. Lots of dark fruit – blackberry, freshly crushed currant, a hint of dark chocolate and campfire ash.
Palate
The Petite Sirah lends its dark fruit, with underlying winter spices and bright red fruits provided by the Zinfandel. Monsignor showcases the use of oak in a way that combines the winter spice tones and intense fruit aromas.
Appearance
Crimson - the darkest and most opaque of the lot. Blue rim.
