Crisp and edgy aromas of grapefruit rind add to the softer pink-rose-petal notes. Tightly woven on the nose, this rosé begins with light aromas of strawberry and wet stone. The palate is driven by zesty acidity and a rocky minerality, with subtle, refreshing flavors of melon and pink citrus.

This Rhone Varietal was unfiltered and UN-fined to preserve its Nuances and complexity. Romantically called White Diamonds, you may experience some Tartaric acids in the Wine. This natural occurrence helps the wines PH Balance and protects it from spoiling. Slightly yellow in hue with Ripe Stone fruit and a Honeysuckle nose. Layers of Caramelized Pear, Raw Honey and Chalky minerals open up above a round lingering mid palate and focused almond notes.
