Passing By Cabernet Sauvignon is our restrained, site-driven expression of Cabernet from the Jada Vineyard, crafted to emphasize balance, structure, and longevity over excess weight. Sourced from select estate blocks, the wine highlights dark currant and blackberry fruit layered with graphite, cedar, and subtle savory notes. Fine-grained tannins and natural acidity provide a poised framework, allowing the wine to age gracefully while remaining approachable in its youth. Hell’s Kitchen Rhône Blend is Jada’s signature expression of Rhône varietals, built on decades of blending experience at the estate. Jersey Girl Syrah is our expression of Syrah in a classic Côte-Rôtie–inspired style, emphasizing elegance, aromatic complexity, and balance over sheer power. Typically co-fermented with a small portion of Viognier, the wine showcases lifted floral notes, savory spice, and layered dark fruit. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, cracked pepper, and olive lead into a structured yet refined palate with bright acidity and polished tannins.
