Named after Stephan’s daughter, Chloé, this wine club exclusive cuvée is a co-fermentation of primarily Syrah and Grenache. This blend was inspired by Chloé’s personality, it has power and elegance. It is full bodied, balanced, and timeless.
Optimus is the perfect introduction to our lineup. Also known as our “crazy” Paso blend, Optimus is beautifully balanced with a lot of freshness. This wine is approachable young but can be enjoyed for up to a decade.
Les Demoiselles is another small production, wine club exclusive cuvée. This wine showcases the quality of our estate fruit. It is a Mourvèdre driven blend that is full bodied, elegant and can be enjoyed for over a decade.
Côte à Côte is an homage to the Southern Rhône while still respecting the style of Paso Robles. This wine is seductive, fruit forward, and has a lot of pleasure. It can be enjoyed now but can be easily aged 20+ years.
An homage to the Priorat region in Spain, this wine club exclusive cuvée is a co-fermentation of primarily Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Syrah and Grenache Blanc. It is big, rich, and beautifully textured. Everything we love.
Sibling is the little “sibling” of our flagship Rhône wine, Côte à Côte. This wine club exclusive cuvée is meant to be more approachable in its youth and provides a lot of fruit and balance. Like the rest of our wine club exclusive cuvées, the production of this wine is very limited.
Estate Reserve Blanc, formally known as Estate Cuvée Blanc, is the perfect representation of the white varietals of our terroir. Stephan’s mission for each vintage is to make a food white wine that focuses on salinity and minerality. He named it Estate Reserve Blanc as he holds it in the same regard as our Estate Reserve.
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a limited production, wine club exclusive, cuvée sourced with our top estate fruit. It is the same fruit that we use for our flagship wine, Estate Cuvée. This wine has power, structure, and elegance. It can be aged up to 20+ years.
Estate Reserve, formally known as Estate Cuvée, is our flagship wine and the cherry picking of our top estate fruit. It is the whole reason why Stephan left Bordeaux…to make a “crazy”, high-end Paso blend. Depth, balance, texture, complexity, finish, everything is there. It is a beautiful representation of our terroir.
Our Provence style rosé is light, crisp and has beautiful acidity. Made in the saignée method, this rosé maintains stunning rose-gold color and is perfect to sip on for any occasion.
Named for Stephan’s wife, Beatrice, this club exclusive cuvée is a co-fermentation of Syrah, Graciano, and Viognier. This incredible wine says it all about Beatrice…it is beautiful, full-bodied, vibrant, pure, and gorgeously balanced. Very small production.
