On the nose one gets floral and citrus notes.
This white wine, our first, is a co-fermented blend of our three white grapes (hence the name), Grenache Blanc (42%), Vermentino (28%), and Riesling (24%). All three varieties are dry-farmed and head trained, just like all of the reds. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, spending its last few months in neutral French oak.
My go-to paring for this wine is oysters on the half shell, with the wine’s crisp acidity playing well against the brininess of the oyster.
