On the nose one gets floral and citrus notes.

This wine is dry and crisp with racy acidity.

On the palate, the Riesling really shows through, with peach and a bit of petrol and pronounced minerality. The acid provides a long finish to this wine.

This white wine, our first, is a co-fermented blend of our three white grapes (hence the name), Grenache Blanc (42%), Vermentino (28%), and Riesling (24%). All three varieties are dry-farmed and head trained, just like all of the reds. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, spending its last few months in neutral French oak.

Food Pairing

My go-to paring for this wine is oysters on the half shell, with the wine’s crisp acidity playing well against the brininess of the oyster.
